Envobyte Refund Policy

At Envobyte, our Refund Policy follows industry practices and standards. We maintain fair evaluation processes, and all refund requests are handled with careful consideration to ensure that decisions are fair and agreed upon. Our policies include measures to manage various claims arising from different needs and business scenarios.

Coverage & Scope

This Refund Policy outlines Envobyte’s approach to handling refunds. It does not cover practices of companies that Envobyte does not own or control, or individuals that Envobyte does not employ or oversee. This includes any third-party service and/or product providers under contract, as well as any external websites linked to Envobyte’s sites.

When Do You Qualify for Refunds?

Envobyte does not offer full refunds under any circumstances, once a project has initiated. However, we may offer partial refunds within 14 days of starting the project. If a client cancels a project midway, they must cover employment costs and expenses related to purchasing WordPress themes, plugins, and other tools. 

When you submit a complaint to Envobyte, we first aim to provide an effective solution to the problem you’re facing. Your case is reviewed by our technical team and then evaluated by our expert panel. Refunds are considered only in extreme cases where no satisfactory resolution can be found.

During the refund process, we evaluate the case’s validity and soundness, applying several conditions. A refund may be issued if the following criteria are met:

  1. Development or post-sales operations have not yet started.
  2. The issues with the project are beyond the scope of fixing or resolution.
  3. You have not breached our payment terms.
  4. You have not used any information for financial or business benefits obtained during the project.
  5. The reasons for requesting a refund are valid, reasonable, and realistic enough to justify a refund.
  6. You have provided all proofs and evidence supporting your refund request.
  7. The claim does not arise from any billing disputes with your bank or payment provider.

Important Note: If any of the above conditions are breached, your claim will be deemed invalid. The refund decision is final and cannot be appealed.

Delivery Time

Our standard delivery period is different for each service and service package. The delivery period is mentioned on each service page. However, project timelines might be extended due to client requirements and project complexities. We will keep the client updated on any changes to the delivery schedule. Keep in mind that the delivery time is counted as business days or working days, not calendar days.

How to claim a refund?

  1. Submit Your Request: To initiate a refund request, contact us at support@envobyte.com. Provide all relevant details and evidence supporting your claim.
  2. Review Process: Your request will be processed, reviewed, and confirmed for accuracy. We will align the request with acceptable criteria and valid reference points.
  3. Refund Arrangement: If the refund is approved, it will be arranged and settled fully or partially, as applicable.

How the refund takes place?

Pre-Refund

  1. Refund request is processed, reviewed, and confirmed for accuracy.

  3. Arrange for refunds where allowed and settle fully or partially, as applicable.

Post-Refund

  1. Sign a confirmation agreement.
  2. Unless directed otherwise, delete all copies of shared information and communication that occurred during the process.

Transaction

The refund could take 7-10 business days to complete after signing the refund agreement. You will receive the refund in the currency you were billed. If your local currency differs, your bank may impose foreign exchange charges, or exchange rate fluctuations could result in a discrepancy between the refunded amount and your initial payment.


Changes
